After opening moments that included Donald Trump defending the size of, well, a certain part of his anatomy, the debate soon pivoted to an exchange that included this after moderator Chris Wallace said he wanted to ask a policy question. Rubio challenged whether Trump would respond. "Don't worry about it, Little Marco," Trump said dismissively multiple times. "OK, Big Donald," Rubio interjected. We're going to go out on a limb and say a unity ticket is not in the offing.
